What do you dig about building?
Taking someone’s vision for something grandiose and building it to fruition (the design build mentality).  There are so many moving parts involved with construction from designing, to problem solving, to managing and coordinating each intricate piece, which is half the fun! There is never a dull moment and no two projects are the same.  Each day brings a new challenge or opportunity to learn something new about the industry.

What do you consider your specialty?
My residential construction upbringing is what started my love for real estate and construction.  My experience working with foreclosed homes as a Senior Asset Manager gave me an edge on how to value properties and see the increase potential with basic rehabbing.  This skill set allows me to bring added value to the initial design phase of a project.  Throughout the years working as a real estate agent and Manager of Customer Relations, I have developed the skill of effective listening and over-communication.  My experience of heading up a Quality Assurance team meant no detail was missed.

Legos, Tinker Toys or Lincoln Logs?
Legos all the way!  You can piece together buildings with windows, doors, roofs, landscaping, etc.  The options are endless really……
