Working with a diverse group of people to achieve a common goal is what being a superintendent is all about.

Twenty-five years in the industry has given me the opportunity to experience and lead many complex projects. I’ve been a senior superintendent since 2013. My leadership style has proven to be effective at: maintaining a high level of quality, adhering to schedules, nailing budgets, and growing trust and alliances in the field.

Mentoring people inspires me. Seeing the next generation of people coming into the industry is exciting and rewarding.

In my free time I enjoy working on my casitas. One here in Berthoud (I enjoy the early morning drives) and one in Sayulita. I’m proud that I’ve been a Category 1 cyclist.
